A shot of the new entry.
The existing brick accent was retained but recolored and a new dark brick was added to offset and highlight the entry.
We added new windows and reclaimed the existing wide lap siding.

Peters/Reichl Mid-Century Remix

This classic 50’s rambler has been re-imagined for today’s living. There is very little, either inside or out, that has not been reworked in the course of transforming this outdated walkout rambler into what is now a vibrant, colorful home for 2 busy professionals who wanted a “retreat home in the city.” They got that and more.

“Tim helped us evaluate potential houses prior to putting in bids—general structural quality, remodel ideas and feasibility. It turned out to be virtually a whole house remodel. We really feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with Tim. He completely understood what we were trying to accomplish, and came up with a number of creative ideas that were far ahead of what we were thinking. His ideas for ways to make the house work for us have all been right on the mark (even the ones of which we were initially skeptical). Three years later, we love our house!” ~Roger Peters
