Sommers/Erickson Lake Home
This new home sits on a tight lot bracketed by neighbors on both sides. The design sets the house so that views and activities focus the occupants toward Lake Pepin to the east. Designed to evoke the feel of older “river homes” complete with a third level “Lookout” that acts as a beacon to people passing on the river at night.
